I know this is a little late (Jesse's birthday was March 5th), but . . . we celebrated Meme (February 25th) and Jesse's birthdays together this year.
Jake took care of the decorations . . . including filling balloons with helium from the awesome little tank I found. His Uncle Jesse made sure to demonstrate the finer art of helium sucking while I pulled out my mad balloon animal making skils.
I found these awesome party popper things at Walmart for super cheap, so . . .
